Nice compact first aid kit for life threatening injuries
Very good kit should be able to handle a trauma patient for a little bit until an ambulance arrives. It would be nice if you could pick 2 CAT’s instead of only being able to do CAT +X Force if you want two tourniquets. Some sterile saline would be ideal too for wetting gauze but the kit is pretty packed to the brim to be fair. Took out the face shield as I would probably rather and swap to a pocket BVM and OPA’s on my person but understand that this wont fit the kit. I will say beware if international as import fee’s are insane but this is not Traumoto’s fault.

The new ratcheting tourniquet is simply amazing. I bought this after realizing from one of your videos that the tourniquet I got off of Amazon would fail in an emergency. Also, this one is much easier to put on yourself, in case you ever find yourself in trouble. Adrenaline can stop your fingers from being able to complete small tasks. This eliminates the majority of those movements, making applying it much faster. When time is blood, and blood is life, every second matters.
