At Traumoto, every order is carefully assembled by hand to ensure your trauma kit is complete, accurate, and ready for use.

Processing Times

Our typical build time is 1–3 business days, although this may increase during holidays, product launches, or when we are away teaching trauma courses. Any temporary delays will be clearly communicated on our website.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or other trusted carriers depending on destination and package size.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Delivery times vary by country and shipping method selected at checkout.

Tracking

Most domestic and international shipments include tracking.

Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately and we'll do our best to update the address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll gladly help you work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
