Frequently Asked Questions

Why did the Traumoto Logo Change?

Q: Why was the original logo changed?

A: Our original logo featured a red cross, which is protected under the Geneva Convention and restricted for use by certain humanitarian and medical organizations.

Q: What's different about the new logo?

A: The new design keeps our iconic helmet and life-saving identity but replaces the red cross with a stylized medical symbol that respects international regulations.

Q: Does the change affect the brand?

A: Not at all—Traumoto is still committed to delivering professional-grade trauma kits for riders. The new logo keeps our mission clear while protecting our ability to grow globally.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Traumoto ships worldwide. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or local taxes.

Who are these kits for?

While Traumoto kits were built with motorcyclists in mind, they’re perfect for any motor vehicle. Whether you’re on two wheels or four, these kits are designed to address the types of injuries commonly seen in motor vehicle accidents — like severe bleeding, burns, and blunt trauma.

Compact, powerful, and easy to carry — whether you ride, drive, or do both, being prepared is universal.

Are the Traumoto Kits Certified?

The Traumoto kit itself is not ANSI-certified, as it's not designed for workplace compliance — it's built specifically for motorcycle trauma scenarios. However, many of the components inside are certified. We include a range of TCCC-certified (Tactical Combat Casualty Care) and CE-certified products, including tourniquets, chest seals, and trauma dressings.

These are the same types of tools trusted by military medics, EMS, and first responders worldwide.

How long does shipping take?

Because each Traumoto kit is built by hand and quality-checked, we take a little extra time to ensure every order is perfect.

  • During normal order volumes, most kits ship within 1–2 business days, sometimes even same day.
  • During high-demand periods, please allow 5–7 business days for build and prep time before your kit ships out.

At checkout, you’ll find multiple shipping speed options so you can choose what works best for you — from standard to express.

We’ll always do our best to get your gear out fast without ever compromising on quality.

Are there discounts available?

Yes! We offer:

  • Military, EMS, and first responder discounts

  • Ambassador discount codes

  • Occasional sales announced on Instagram and email
