Every Traumoto kit comes with our Lifetime Warranty, because when it comes to saving lives, there should be no second-guessing.

If your kit is used in a true life-or-death emergency, we’ll replace the contents at no cost to you. Not for minor scrapes or everyday use — we mean real trauma situations where your Traumoto played a direct role in the attempt to save a life. 

If the kit was used extensively, we’ll even replace the entire thing.

To qualify for a replacement, one of the following is required:
• A genuine police report or EMS documentation verifying the kit was used in a life-threatening emergency.
• Clear photographic or video evidence that the kit was used to treat a serious, life-threatening injury.

This policy is in place to protect the integrity of the warranty and ensure we’re able to continue supporting riders who genuinely need it.
