Hopefully no one will ever need to use this, but I feel better knowing that my emergency contact and medical info is easily accessible to EMS without digging around for my phone or ID - especially if my body was in a compromised position.
FYI, this is a pretty big sticker. If you are the type to leave your helmet on your bike, you may want to opt for a card instead.
