If your kit is used in a true life or death emergency, we'll replace the contents at no cost to you. If the kit was used extensively, we'll replace the entire thing. This covers real trauma situations, not minor scrapes or everyday use.
To qualify, one of the following is required:
• A genuine police report or EMS documentation verifying the kit was used in a life threatening emergency.
• Clear photo or video evidence that the kit was used to treat a serious, life threatening injury.

Frequently Asked Questions
When will my kit ship and arrive?
Every kit is hand built to order in Florida, USA. We aim to build and ship the same day, and most kits ship within 1 to 2 business days. During busy periods, allow 3 to 4 days of build time. Standard shipping within the contiguous US usually takes 3 to 5 business days, and you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your kit ships.
Are the tourniquets genuine?
Yes. Traumoto is an authorized North American Rescue reseller, and every tourniquet comes through authorized channels. We never sell copies. Counterfeit tourniquets are common online and can fail when they're needed most.
Which tourniquet should I choose?
The X-Force is fast and simple to apply, a strong choice for most riders. The CAT Gen 7 is the standard used by military and EMS. We recommend carrying both: in a crash, more than one limb can be bleeding, and two tourniquets let you treat both. Choosing X-Force + CAT costs the same as adding a CAT separately.
Do I need medical training to use it?
Training isn't required to buy or carry a kit, but we highly recommend it. Some items, like a tourniquet, can make a situation worse if they're used the wrong way. Every kit includes a CRASH response card that walks you through what to do at the scene, and a hands on Stop the Bleed class is a great place to start. They're often free and take about an hour.
Is the bag waterproof?
The bag is weather resistant and holds up to rain and road spray. It isn't fully waterproof, so if you often ride in heavy rain, keep it in a dry bag or inside your luggage.
How do I carry it on my bike?
The MOLLE bag straps to bags, racks, crash bars, and gear. To wear it on your body, pair it with the Trauma Belt or Drop Leg Strap (sold separately).
Do the supplies expire?
Every item that expires has its date printed on it. Check your kit once a year. Kit Refills are available when it's time to restock, or after you've used your kit.
I'm outside the US. What will I pay?
Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay, and international orders ship with tracking. Your country may charge import taxes or duties when the package arrives. Those aren't collected at checkout and depend on your local customs office. If you'd like help before ordering, contact us.
What if I need to return it?
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we made an error. Used or opened medical items can't be returned. See our refund policy for full details.
Is it legal for me to use a tourniquet?
Rules on who may use tourniquets and other medical devices vary by country and by state. Good Samaritan protections cover most riders in the US when acting in good faith and within your level of training, but they aren't universal. Check what applies where you ride.
